We worked with Ryan to buy a house remotely in October 2024. What can I say! Our home buying process from start to finish was so smooth, it was as though we were there in person! Ryan went above and beyond and took what could have been a stressful experience and made it into a delightful one. He communicated with us every step of the way from the virtual viewing through inspections and closing, and explained every part of the process in detail. He followed through on everything we talked about- even things that we ourselves forgot about or mentioned in passing! He advocated for us, made very helpful suggestions, and in the end his advice is what led us to a winning bid on a very competitive home. His knowledge of home systems made us feel confident in putting an offer in on a house we hadnt yet seen. We could not be happier. Also, he is just a straight up good guy who was fun to work with. Cannot recommend him highly enough.
