About MATTHEW JERKINS

I am a lifelong resident of Southern California, born in the Inland Empire and raised in the High Desert. After high school, I served communities throughout Orange County, Los Angeles, San Bernardino County, Riverside County and San Diego for more than 12 years as a Paramedic while becoming educated in business management and marketing. In that time, I learned a lot about the people and the communities I served, gaining experience and local expertise along the way. I've since shifted my focus to serving the community as a Realtor, guiding people through the complicated process of buying and selling a home. I met Christi through the app when I requested to see a house. She met me on short notice, was accessible, thorough, quick and got my offer in within 12 hours. She knew the area where I was purchasing and went above and beyond not only helping me to get the house but introducing me to the area. Clare is the best real estate agent I have ever met. She negotiated everything to my best interest. She took the time to explain things to me. She also has unlimited patience and offered sound advice when the escrow closing got delayed. She both helped me buy my new home and sell my old one. When close if escrow was delayed, she even offered to pay for rate lock out if her own pocket. She was more like a trusted friend that just an agent doing business. She helped me get through the stressful process and made buying a home the happiest experience.
