Matt not only knows his business very well, but he is keenly tuned in to the neighborhood dynamics that are unique to each home. Matt assisted with several things that are above and beyond. For instance, our central air conditioning system went out right before we were ready to show the house (August) and he connected us to a HVAC expert that quickly corrected the issue. Once the house went on the market, we had lots of people looking at it right away. It didnt take long for us to receive offers.
