I initially contacted Matthew while in Washington and was preparing to sell my home there and purchase a home in VA/NC. Matthew listened very well to the needs/wants of my family and continued to update us with homes we might be interested in. Once we arrived he went out of his way to show us many houses. We had a lot of ups and downs throughout the process to no fault of Matthew. Such as sellers being over the top ridiculous and home inspections revealing pricey repairs that were a deal breaker for me but we eventually found a house that we loved and it all came together. My experience with Matthew was over the top. He never pushed us to buy a house, to me it seemed like he actually cared that we got a great deal on a house we love and wasn't just trying to make commission. Honesty goes a long way with me and this being the 3rd time we were purchasing a home I have seen my fair share of bad realtors. He answered all of our questions or got right back to us if he didn't know the answer. Once we were under contract on a home he was in constant communication about what was going on in the process.
