I began working with Curtis when I learned my son was going to propose to his girlfriend. I started searching for homes on Zillow and found one I really liked. I set up a home tour and fell in love with the house. I did not have a job yet in the area but did have an interview. Curtis even helped me with some helpful tips when interviewing for a new job. I was not sure how getting a new job, selling my old house, moving 2 hours away, training my replacement, and buying a new house was all going to fall into place, but it did. Curtis worked very hard at getting me the house I wanted and in a timely manner, so much so that I closed on the house I was selling in the morning and drove 2 hours south to close on the house I was buying, all in one day. Curtis was very fun to work with.

Matt made the home buying process so easy for us. We had been working with another realtor off and on for over a year with multiple offers and no success. We were in contract really quickly once we started working with Matt & his team. He responded and scheduled showings quickly. He was great at figuring out what was important to the seller so we could make adjustments to our offer. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. We recently trusted the Hance Group with our first investment property but in fact we had worked with Rachel before, when we purchased our house. Rachel is extremally responsive, day and night at all hours of all days. She will always answer our questions in a timely manner and made all efforts to gather the info we needed. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and you can be positive she is looking after your interests. On top of that, she is funny and visiting properties with her is a very enjoyable experience. On one occasion we spent the day visiting properties with Matt: this is a very strong team that will make sure you are taken care of and they are all well informed of your needs and are ready to meet them.
