Matt was referred to me by another realtor (a family member of mine) who works in a different city, so I did not know Matt going into this process. Matt is the best! Besides the little things like being responsive, Matt was a pro all the way through in walking me through various processes along the way, providing recommendations in hiring people for work that needed to be done, simply providing guidance on what to do (and not to do) in getting the property show ready, and solid guidance really on everything including when it came to list the property and for how much, and when and how much to strategically drop the price as we were no doubt dealing with dubious and dynamic market conditions. Without Matt, there is a good chance the place would still be on the market unsold, which is the last thing I wanted going into the holidays. Matt is also simply a nice and cordial guy all the way, which made him a pleasure to work with. Id be happy to buy him a beer or two one of these days!

When youre selling your home, you need someone who tell you the truth but will also sit on your side of the table during negotiation.
