About Matthew Foss

I get excited about houses and properties. The potential in a fixer upper all the jaw drop moment of a house that has been completely updated and everything in between. I'm like a cat lady that would take them all if I could. Since I can't have them all I love helping people achieve their goals. It's great working with investors and experienced home owners, but there is no better feeling then helping a first time home buyer and handing over the keys to their first house. I bought my first rental property when I was in my early 20's and in 2013 purchased my dream home in Elma with my wife Kelly. Together we have One son named Keaton and another baby due in October 2017. I have spent 20 years in Management and running businesses. But Real Estate is where I have found my most joy. Its rewarding financially, and allows for a wonderful family life balance. I mostly enjoy meeting new people and making new friends, that I would never other wise meet. Matt was very helpful throughout our entire journey. we are first home buyers and didnt know much about the fine things, and he made sure everything was explained good and easy to understand.
