1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Buyers need a real estate professional who is going to educate them about the buying process, inform them about the current market conditions, connect them with the best fit homes in the marketplace, and make sure they are equipped to make sound buying decisions when the right opportunity presents itself.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Matt graduated from Burnsville High School and earned his BA in Political Science at St. Olaf College in Northfield. It was shortly after college that Matt began investing in real estate and decided to commit to real estate full time to follow his passion.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Matt's real estate experience, industry knowledge, and hard work earned him the opportunity to work with many lending institutions across the country to help manage, preserve, and sell their bank owned properties (REOs). In 2013, Matt worked with Blackstone, a private equity group, to help launch Invitation Homes in Minnesota which purchased and renovated more than 1000+ homes in Twin Cities. The position required a high level of expertise and extensive knowledge of the Twin Cities real estate market.
