THIS TEAM IS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. After a trying experience with another realtor, switching to Matt was a game changer. By the time we started working with him, my husband and I were down to a very tight window for finding a new home before having to vacate the one we'd just sold. We'd already resigned ourselves to the likelihood of having to find something temporary, but Matt was confident that everything would work out. He made himself fully available to trek back and forth across town for showings, finding as much out about each property as possible before appointments so that we could cut to the chase on making an offer when the time came. Long story short, I'm typing this from the comfort of my new home, which we were able to purchase before our extremely short deadline. AND HIS TEAM...... We CANNOT say enough about our closing manager ANDREA! We had an impossible list of things that needed to get done in order to coordinate the settlements of our old and new houses, and were thrown a few serious curve balls throughout this process.
