He was well versed on the nuances of the buyer/seller situation and paid copious amounts of attention to detail. He was available to answer questions on a constant bases and was always available when we needed him. We were able to have our first offer accepted because of the direction of Matt. He recommended the right price point, created the offer taking into consideration the sellers needs all while keeping in mind what would work for us as buyers.
