We had a lengthy time with Matthew because of covid 19 but Matt was with us all the way ..Thank you so much you did a very very nice job leading us in the right directions..

The only time we saw Matt was when he viewed the farm. He did everything over the computer. With my experience of selling real estate, I knew how to read a contract and, there were obvious errors, against our interests, that Matt did not catch, when the buyers countered. Then, when settlement was scheduled, Matt said he was going away with his wife and would not be at settlement. Again, I handled things. Never heard from him. No thank you from him. I do not feel he earned his commission since the first buyers bought it. He never got his signs or lock box. Not a good realtor.

I don't normally write reviwes, but after wasting 6 months and thousands of dollars on repair after needless repair, I was very unsatisfied with our prior agent before I search out then reached out to Matt. Over the prior 6 months I had a total of 10 showings. With Matt we had over 10 showings the first week. We had multiple offers within the first 3 weeks. And our house sold within 2 months.
