Matt was incredible! I am a first time buyer, and at our very first meeting at his office he walked me through the entire process so what I n=knew what to expect in the future. Then he said he would be there every step of the way. Usually that means you are on your own! NOT with Matt! My job was to decide what kind of home I wanted, then yes to the one I liked. He listened to my preferences and started finding homes that met them. I could look on my own as well, and he would set up the showing. During the mortgage phase, every question I had he was there to help. Now you might think this sounds normal, except I was lookin for a very particular type of home and I was in no hurry. It took me just under a year to find my perfect house! Matt was as patient, encouraging and helpful during the entire year as he was on day 1. There was no pressure, he kept saying he was my agent and he wanted what I wanted. And on the closing day I think he was as excited for me as I was. If you want an ordinary agent, you will find one. Matt was amazing as our realtor. We were having issues with multiple realtors prior to meeting Matt. We have two dogs and that was our issue.
