3) What types of clients have you worked with?
As an experienced real estate agent, I have had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of clients throughout my career. This includes first-time homebuyers who are navigating the exciting process of purchasing their first property. I have also worked with seasoned investors who are looking to expand their real estate portfolio and maximize their returns. Additionally, I have assisted growing families in finding their dream homes that meet their changing needs. I have successfully helped empty nesters downsize and transition to a more manageable living situation. Lastly, I have worked with relocating clients, whether they are moving within the same city or relocating from another state or country, providing them with seamless support throughout the transition.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I have worked with a range of buyers and sellers, however, my favorite transaction was working with a retired woman in Florida. Unfortunately, her home was severely damaged by Hurricane Ian. She used most of her retirement funds to purchase the home several years ago and was devastated. I was able to list her damaged home quickly for top dollar and find her an affordable new home in the location she wanted.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Prior to real estate, I was a store manager for a high-end retail store. I felt as though I could put my sales expertise to better use, and loved the idea of working one on one with people. In the retail atmosphere, we had to make many sales quickly each day, and I felt like I was missing out on creating relationships with my customers. I took my real estate exam and got started right away. I have never been more satisfied to have the opportunity to connect with people on the most important decision of their lives.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I am a certified Luxury Home Specialist through the Residential Real Estate Council, I have over 16 years of sales and real estate experience, and I am the owner of the company EXIT Realty of Naples.
