We had moved from the Netherlands to the Auburn area with our nine-year-old son less than a year ago so everything about the process was quite new to us. To make it even more of a challenge, the Covid-19 restrictions were put in place as we were about halfway through the mortgage process. Sarah was a rock. After working with her for only about 5-6 months I came to find out she was so much more than that. Sarah faced many long and i'm sure very stressful nights to go above and beyond what my boyfriend and I could've ever asked for thoughout the buying process. Believe me when I say we did not make it easy for her. We switched banks and attorneys 3 times and without hesitation Sarah was right there to provide so much knowledge and support, and always made sure we knew exactly what the next step entailed.
