We were looking to buy a new home in Singletree, we looked at one of Matt's listings and from the moment we met we were impressed with his professionalism. In our case he represented the sellers and us the buyers, it could have not gone smoother. As soon as we closed we wanted Matt to sell our other home. Matt did a market analysis and actually thought we should ask for more money than we were thinking, we decided to go with his pricing and had multiple offers the first day.
