A native of Charlotte, NC, Matthew is a residential real estate veteran whose sales top $250 million dollars in closed brokerage transactions. Since launching his real estate career in 2001, Matthew has gained expertise in every aspect of the industry, including general brokerage, construction management, land acquisition and development, sales and marketing for production and custom home building companies. As his track record shows, Matthew has consistently demonstrated his ability to satisfy clients in the buying and selling of their homes. His broad base of loyal customers has given Matthew extraordinary success for over 17 years in Charlotte's intensely competitive real estate market. Having spent four years as the sales and marketing manager of a regional home builder, Matthew gained experience with custom-home design, track home construction, handling land acquisitions, working with banks and investors to secure financing, and managing a sales team of over 15 agents in 9 neighborhoods. During his tenure, sales increased from 60 homes a year in 2004 to 145 homes sold in 2007. As Partner and Vice President of K2C Real Estate Solutions from 2007 to 2010, Matthew managed land assemblage and entitlements for multiple small to large residential communities and projects in the Charlotte area. Prior to joining Premier Sotheby's International Realty in 2013 Matthew was Broker-in-Charge of Ready 4 Sale Realty and managing partner of Ready 4 Sale Construction, LLC. Matthew is an experienced real estate investor, holds broker licenses in both North and South Carolina, and continues to run Ready 4 Sale Construction, a North Carolina General Contracting company that focuses on high-end renovations and new construction.
