I highly recommend Matt Wielgos. This guy stuck with us for two years. He was there with lunch for a dozen men who came over to work on the old house. He worked with us as we initially put up our house (and then promptly took it down) and helped us back out of an offer when we discerned that the timing wasn?t right. He gave us advice on how to get our old house market ready. When we finally were ready we found ourselves smack in the middle of a pandemic. Despite the circumstances Matt worked tirelessly.
