Matt and Peter helped us with several different projects throughout this process. It is our dream home, but it was definitely a fixer upper. We were overwhelmed by that process and the cost of the home until Matt and Peter helped us find all the vendors we needed, including a wonderful handywoman, calculate the cost in addition to the home purchase, and help ensure we could afford all that we wanted to do. They also helped us fix up, stage, and sell our home. We thought it would take months, but within a few weeks of moving we had several offers. They helped review the offers, and with choosing the buyer. We'd never sold a home, so this was a huge relief. To this day if we need to do work on our home, I can always email them and ask for recommendations. Every person they recommended from movers to HVAC people have been wonderful. I ask too many questions about everything, and they were always incredibly patient and responsive to me. Every part of the selling, buying and moving process was made easier by Matt and Peter. They are incredibly nice, patient, and checked on us every step of the way to make sure we knew what we were doing. I cannot recommend them high enough after how much we asked of them, and how impressively they delivered.

He was incredibly responsive to our texts and emails, often replying within a few minutes during the day. He was also very not pushy: we made offers on a range of houses in our budget, and he never encouraged us to pay more than we were comfortable with (even when he knew we had space in our budget for it). He was very supportive of us throughout the process, even after the deal was closed, and we had been in our house for a couple weeks. Matt knew the neighborhood well, and it showed both before and after the purchase. We have already referred several of our friends to Matt, and one has already bought their own house with his help.
