Matt went above and beyond one's expectations. For a couple of months before the house was listed Matt worked to find and schedule contractors for needed work to prepare the house. We moved from the house to another city a month before the house went on the market. Matt was on the scene continuing to see that needed work was completed. Once on the market it was discovered that the well had failed and a new well had to be drilled. Again, Matt made the arrangements. He also decided that some plantings were needed in front of the house, so he went to a nursery purchasing ten shrubs. He planted them and faithfully watered them to get them growing - all while we were then living 150 miles away! He was patient and kept us regularly informed about showings and feedback. Matt was a pleasure with which to work. And we ended up with a good price and sale. We can't recommend him highly enough!
