Matt Thomas

Matthew Thomas, a native Floridian, moved to Gainesville in 2005 to live close to his family and begin working with his father, John Thomas, in the real estate industry. Within months of starting his career, Matt met his future wife, Tiffany and the two quickly became inseparable and were married in August 2006. Tiffany and Matt not only began their relationship quickly; they both also used their determination and hard work learned from competitive sports to become Top Producers as Realtors in the Gainesville/Alachua County area. In January of 2012, Matt and Tiffany saw the need for a boutique real estate company and decided to open the doors to Thomas Group Realty. Serving as the Broker-Owner of Thomas Group Realty, Matt was also accompanied by his father, John Thomas, and his mother in-law and brother in-law, Lore and Eric Davis. Tiffany remained selling new construction until 2014 when she had their twin boys. Now having four children (Maddie, Lily, Davis and Rhett), Tiffany decided to join her family at Thomas Group Realty and work alongside Matt again. Top producers in the area, Matt & Tiffany focus on providing excellent customer service and pride themselves on most of their business being from referrals. They are extremely knowledgeable of the Gainesville real estate market and guide their customers through the process step by step. Since opening, Matt has recruited other experienced Realtors and then merged with another boutique agency, Elwood Realty, in October 2014.
