ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a very complicated situation as we currently live in Singapore and were selling our place in the peninsula. A lot of what we had to do was essentially blind as we couldn't do any of it in person, including the final inspection to get our pervious renter out of our unit before sale. Matt assisted with all aspects of our sale including staging, inspection, painting, repairs etc. We were definitely nervous as we had only met with him once and then everything else was done through email or on the phone. Also when the buyer delayed on closing, Matt went the extra mile to cover our costs per day from the original agreed upon date.
