I cannot praise Andrew Sigrist enough. We would not be sitting here in our first home without his expertise and determination to find us what we were looking for. We were given Andrews name through a recommendation after our first realtor was not working out for us. We were brand new to this experience and feeling defeated, but Andrew brought a much needed and refreshing sense of confidence, reassurance, and urgency to our home hunt, all while guiding us through each step with such patience. Andrew is truly so personable and authentic, a type of integrity that is rare to find, making is so easy to put our trust in him right off that bat. When Andrew would bring us to showings, he would often spontaneously take us to other houses for sale nearby to make the most of our time. He was so transparent though it all, making a process that initially seemed daunting and confusing feel optimistic, motivating us to stay in the game, and ultimately finish with a win. I want to end this emphasizing that if it were not for Andrew and his proactive nature, we wouldve lost our chance on our house. He had gotten wind that the sellers were closing off on offers that night. Having not even seen the house in person yet, he got us a last minute showing. It was everything we wanted, and our offer was accepted that following morning. Everything truly fell into place so smoothly. His reliable contacts for other parties involved- like attorneys, inspectors, mortgage groups, etc, was the cherry on top. We would use Andrew again in a heartbeat and we will continue to recommend him to anyone in the market!!!
