Best realtor I've ever worked with! I'm young and just recently moved across the country, so don't have a lot of family to help me with the whole process and he treated me like he was family! 10 out of 10, when I'm ready to look for a new home will be contacting him again!

Working with a real estate agent can often be a frustrating experience. Not so, at all, with Matt Sanchez. Matt assisted us in the midst of a frenzied market in the Spring of 2021 and was exceptional. He is extremely knowledgeable of the Phoenix / Scottsdale area, has his fingers on the pulse of the direction of the market, and does not settle for selling you a house, but rather the best house for your needs and the money. Matt is honest and straightforward in his approach, in providing feedback and advice, and importantly in crafting reasoned expectations. His professionalism and diligence were exceptional, and he never seemed to lose interest in his clients. Without question we would again work with Matt in the future.

I cannot give enough credit to the exceptional work Matt Sanchez did as my real estate agent. I was in a time crunch to move. I first looked at houses with him on December 18, 2019. I closed on my new home January 16,2020.He knew what my requirements were. He lined up several homes for me to look at. Navigated me through choosing a mortgage company and approval.
