Matt is a highly skilled realtor. He went above and beyond in helping me prepare and stage the home to get it on the market. Additionally, he demonstrated his expertise in the market by helping me price the home properly. I closed the home at a higher price then many other agents want to list it for! He did a fantastic job marketing the home. The picture spread and advertising materials were excellent. He ran multiple open houses, sometimes two in the same week. I have had other realtors in the past who wouldn't do two in a month. The man is tireless. If anything in the home needed repair, he had all the contacts necessary to help me get it done at a fair price. He has my admiration and highest recommendation.
