ZillowVERIFIEDI would pretty much never assign 5 stars across the board, but Rod deserves 6. My wife and I could not have asked for a more perfect realtor. He was incredibly knowledgable and responsive (even routinely answering our obnoxiously early or late texts!), every step of the way. But perhaps more than anything else, he was patient. He never tried to pressure us; he took the time to understand what we wanted (even though we didn't initially even really know!), and made every effort to find that. He answered all of our questions, he took time with us when we were visiting houses, and he was always friendly, funny, and put my wife and I entirely at ease with the process. He helped with every step of the buying process too, from finding the house we wanted, finding a lender, walking us through how to craft a good offer, house inspection, everything. I cannot recommend Rod highly enough, especially if you're new to house buying or at all nervous about the process. If we ever need to buy a house again, he's going to be our first call. But I doubt that will happen, because he helped us find the house of our dreams. Use him as your realtor and thank me later.
