Anthony did an outstanding job helping me tour, find a great deal and negotiate key things into my experience. I initially was referred to him by another agent and couldn't be happier with the referral. Anthony helped me secure a new construction deal with all of my closing costs covered, a move in package, rate buy down, and a GOLF CART. Not only did he help me get a good deal, but he pressed the builder and advocated for me to get an inspection on the new build. Because of this, the inspector found key things that were missed that would have pushed back my close date which would have cost me money extending my rate. Anthony has the key tools and insight for purchasing homes, especially new construction. I would again highly recommend him for your next real estate transaction.
