He came over to explain how he works and basically offer his service. He stated he would give us a estimate on property value the next by by 3:00 pm. Matt actually listed and sold two homes for us. His knowledge is very impressive, in that he can look at the surrounding home values, what they are selling for, and have a good understanding of where to place your home in the marketplace. Matt or his team is very responsive. Never did I feel like I wasn't receiving the attention I needed / wanted. We did engage in some negotiating during the sale of both homes and Matt handled those negotiations with the professional courtesy that it demanded. Matt ensured a win-win scenario for both the seller and the buyer. Matt must have a process in place that suits him well because he the for sale sign on our first home we sold literally went down in one day.
