Scott went above and beyond what I would expect from a realtor. From the start of the process, he worked with me to understand the market and price my house in a way that would get the best result - and judging by the bidding war and ending up almost 10% over asking price, I think we did ok! What I didn't expect was how much Scott goes the extra mile - the day before we were scheduled to get photos, he came out with me to power wash the house and tidy up some final details. When the buyer's realtor was getting a little cute in the negotiation, Scott was all over it. When the lawn started getting too long and I was out of town, Scott even mowed the lawn! You can trust Scott not just as a competent realtor but as a partner who cares about the process going as well as possible.

Scott was amazing! I was living out of state and looking to move back to Michigan after more than a decade away. Being so far away, we had to get creative with showings. Often, this meant a whole weekend of driving around Southern Michigan. We had a lot of adventures along the way including getting scolded by a Ring doorbell after a 2-hour drive (very much not Scott's fault) and having a house taken off the market 2 days after it was listed and after we had made an offer, but Scott was endlessly patient and helped me evaluate all of my options fairly and honestly. In the end when we found "the" house, he pulled out all of the stops to make sure we got it. There were A LOT of other offers, but we got it! I cannot recommend him highly enough. He will shoot straight and work his butt off to get you everything you're looking for!
