Although I have experience with other seller's agents I would certainly use Matt again as he had the right balance of being instructive and helpful with the whole process without being overbearing. I think he'd be great for seasoned buyers and sellers and also great for first time people. Always quickly responsive as well.

ZillowVERIFIEDMatt Liss and the Mark Allen team were great. They provided a staging consultant and a photographer so when it came time to list our place it looked great in person and online. Our list price was what Matt recommended which was on the high end of my own estimates. He did a great job getting foot traffic in as soon as it was listed resulting in 4 days on the market and an offer over our list price :) From then on everything went to schedule. We closed on the date we set without delay and because we were buying at the same time I actually forgot the closing on our sale happened. That's how smooth Matt made it.We did run into complications on the buy side (seller's lawyer... No comment) and Matt was always immediately available to deal with matters that required immediate attention as a result of that.I could write a much longer review with nothing but praise. I have already recommended and will continue to recommend. Couldn't be happier.
