Matt and his team were incredible during my first-time home-buying journey. From my initial casual search until I found my perfect place, they were communicative throughout the whole process. As I saw each option, it was clear that my showing agent, JC, paid attention to the elements I loved and the ones I disliked to help tailor my search. He talked me through what questions to ask, what to pay attention to, and rough price ranges for changes I was considering making (ie carpet removal is fairly inexpensive so don't let that be the deciding feature, but full bathroom or kitchen renos would be a longer and more expensive change so consider that in closing price).
