Miles is great! We were moving from out of state and searching in the west suburbs to the Dekalb area. Miles was the only realtor we found who was knowledgeable about the whole area, and he was amiable about helping us find the right location and house for us in this large search area. Miles was always available to help us! When we found the right house for us he helped get us a better deal then we would have on our own and navigate the process through close. Miles used his contacts to schedule the inspection quickly so that we could be present for it before we had to leave town. Also we were looking for a house right before some of the sellers agent realtor rules were changing and Miles was able to answer questions about the rule changes and didnt pressure us to sign a contract since it wasnt required yet. Miles works to find out whats important to you and will help you with what you need. I wish we had found Miles sooner so he could have helped us even more!
