We were introduced to Matt through word of mouth, which right off the bat gave us a vote of confidence. And to be honest, it wasn't the right home so we are happy it didn't get accepted. After wavering on if San Diego was even right for us to stay and buy a home in, Matt never lost faith and kept such a positive attitude. When we put our next offer in, Matt handled it with such care and true real estate finesse. He had great communication with us and the sellers agent and our offer was accepted! We didn't even have the highest bid! Matt helped us cross the finish line and was so knowledgeable of the escrow process and kept us on track, confident and comfortable through the whole thing.
