I honestly was very disappointed. I wanted to work with you directly but was given an associate He over promised and under delivered. He used phrases like. aEURoeDont be a victimaEUR? do you want out of the deal, knowing we had 40k nonrefundable deposit sitting on our deal . He was always sending us to another associate and we spent most of our search alone at open houses. When we did close he showed up late and never even looked at our paperwork which once again the builder had added unapproved expenses. We paid them and walked out of closing exhausted and fed up with the lack of service he provided. We would not refer him to anyone. He is too consumed with his dating and personal life and spent minimal time worrying about our satisfaction I had no idea he was only 6 years in the business and found his. Professionalism limited to say the least. We gave him both sides of the deal and he acted like we were on mars. after the first listing meeting we never saw him again and had to change the sign to pending ourselves. We also delivered to him as well after the sale was complete. He has a long way to go. He made statements about where we lived saying aEURoe location, location, location as if our home was subpar. It was a year old new construction home. He told us no one would allow us to make a offer until our home was sold. And then all our buyers come forward with their homes not even listed. We were dragged along with statements contradicting each other adding to our stress. All questions we had were forwarded to Dawna he was our agent and we found that to be extremely lazy.
