ZillowVERIFIEDBest experience with a real estate agent ever!!?? I have bought and sold houses, condos and farmland in several different states, so I know how frustrating buying and selling can be. We had a tight deadline with a specific timeline to purchase farmland, and on top of that, we had a very convoluted tax transfer involved with our land sale and land purchase. Not only did Levi make all of this happen within the tax (and time) parameters, he made it look like a cakewalk! From the moment we contacted him to the closing on our properties, Levi was an outstanding communicator, researched easements and tax documents, and answered all our questions quickly. We lived in a different part of the country (and in a different time zone) and Levi accommodated us and made us feel like we were there in person. When we flew into Virginia, he had numerous properties ready for us to check out and took the time to give us details about each one. Giving us personal tours of the properties was like going on an adventure with a tour guide who was the ringleader of a circus. Levi navigated us around obstacles that week and was so positive and upbeat, we enjoyed every minute of it. He is a straight-shooter with a very comfortable, down-to-earth presence who is easy to talk to and has a contagious laugh. He found us the perfect property nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains with hunting/hiking trails through our own private forest, pasture land for raising livestock, and an amazing homesite with views of both the sunrise and sunset.
