First property was a contender but Matt said that it was a short sale and explained the pros/cons. We moved on to find a different property with way more square footage, and when he was out of town on the day of inspection, Faith filled in...what a wonderful team they make! We closed on 12/6/24 and were all settled in by Christmas.
