An award-winning REALTOR and Broker at RE/MAX Pace Realty, Matt Evans is a native of Valparaiso, Indiana. Matt has been a consistent top performer since 2006, working full time in residential, investment, and commercial real estate sales. As owner of one of the top RE/MAX Teams in Northwest Indiana, he represents individual buyers and sellers, corporate sellers, estate sellers, and builders & developers of existing and new homes and lots. He has experience in conventional transactions, pre-foreclosure and bank-owned & HUD properties, and short sales. He regularly works with those needing relocation, and with property investors of single family and multifamily homes. He offers professional full-service listing marketing, including high quality photography, video & virtual tour marketing, internet saturation, MLS agent outreach, professional signage and marketing materials. He personally built and remodeled several homes over the past dozen years. Matt enjoys spending time with his family, and playing and coaching tennis.
