Every house I wanted to see Jessica made it happen, and quick. Knowing houses don't stay on the market long, she was on the spot and never deterred me from seeing a house. Even houses I liked but was not sure, she never pressured me to buy. She worked with me for appointmently 2 years. Then I found the house. It was sold AS- IS. BUT the chimney needed some repairs. I asked her to ask the sellers if they would meet me close to halfway on the repair. I don't know how she did it, but called back in about 3 hours. The sellers are going to pay for the repair - taking ot off the sale price. If I sell and buy another house, I will be calling her. I also highly recommend her to anyone in the housing market.
