I listed with him after trying to sell my high-end / luxury home with other brokers for over 4 years and was beginning to lose hope. I contacted Chris doubtful that ANYONE could sell it during Covid19. Chris suggested staging and a superior marketing strategy. He pointed out that it is not just him, but the marketing engine, the team of support and his network of contacts that would help move my hard-to-sell-home. He was hopeful he could sell it in 60 days. Really??? I was not convinced, but I took all of his advice and gave it a shot. Well, turns out 60 days was a very conservative estimate. He secured 3 offers in the first 4 days on the market!! One was from out of state from his national marketing, one from his local marketing, and one from his personal network of buyers. I was impressed, but Chris was not done impressing me. Inspection revealed work needed to be done, and Chris handled everything. He found contractors, negotiated great prices, and I did not have to worry about a thing. When buyers had concerns, he solved the problem before I knew there was a problem. No seller likes to pay huge commissions, but with Chris, I truly feel that I got more than I paid for. I highly recommend working with Chris to sell your home. The right broker makes a huge difference. My neighbors were so impressed they contacted me to say they are planning to list with him too.
