I reached out to Matt based on a recommendation from a friend. Since this was my first home, I knew nothing about the process, and Matt guided me through all of it. Viewing homes was mainly done after 5pm and weekends, due to my job. Matt responded over text/call within minutes of me reaching out. He also doesnt pester you to go see homes or buy, like Ive heard other agents do. I cant tell you enough how patient he was with me, especially with the housing market being difficult right now. Matt was AWESOME!! Very patient and very helpful through out the process. Made home buying stress-free and fun! I am in sales so my schedule can vary. Matt was always available to show us different properties at different times of the day. One of the things that my fiance and I appreciated was his approach towards our purchase.
