I reached out to Matt based on a recommendation from a friend. Since this was my first home, I knew nothing about the process, and Matt guided me through all of it. Viewing homes was mainly done after 5pm and weekends, due to my job. Matt responded over text/call within minutes of me reaching out. He also doesnt pester you to go see homes or buy, like Ive heard other agents do. I cant tell you enough how patient he was with me, especially with the housing market being difficult right now. I can honestly say that Matt will be the only agent I ever work with.

Matt was AWESOME!! Very patient and very helpful through out the process. Made home buying stress-free and fun! I am in sales so my schedule can vary. Matt was always available to show us different properties at different times of the day. One of the things that my fiance and I appreciated was his approach towards our purchase.
