6 months before I was planning on listing my house, I seen some incredible marketing displays by Matt Bartholomew and knew right away he was going to be my realtor. Matt was using billboards to showcase his properties, using professional photographers spending hours to make sure lighting was perfect and to learn about the history of my home. When I needed the help of plumbers, electricians ,etc. to make sure my house was ready he sent me the best people who made sure my projects got done quickly and done right. Matt was in contact with me almost everyday keeping me updated.He was with me every step of the way giving me great advice and insight. Matt was so easy to work with, he always did what he said he was going to do, which was so greatly appreciated. Matt would be my realtor again if I was selling another home.
