While our experience was primarily with Ginny, we found Matt to be equally helpful and knowledgeable when we dealt with him. We would visit family in Asheville every 4-6 weeks, and Ginny would usually be able to give us a half day each trip to look at homes. We also dealt with her extensively via email. She was very accommodating to us as we we learned the various areas of the city, refining both our new home needs/desires and location as it related it the families location in the city. She was extremely patient with us in this process, and though we felt we frustrated her at times, she never showed it! As an indication of the trust she had established with us over about a year and a half, a home became available which she felt truly met our needs and desires. She took our daughter-in law on a walk-through of the home, and armed only with pictures, short videos, and their feedback we made an offer on the home site unseen! We never regretted it. She was always available for our questions/concerns as the buying process unfolded. She and Matt are a team that truly have the best interests of their clients in mind.

It may be a cliche but Matt and Ginny went the extra mile in helping Aileen and I find a home and make the move to Asheville. Ive been involved in six moves as well as two office constructions and in all cases I was fortunate to have great support. With that said Matt and Ginny are at the top of the list for help and time spent to insure the move to Asheville would be accomplished and our minds would be at ease with such a complicated process. We moved from South Carolina. The market where we lived was slow so when we put our home on the market we expected a minimum of six months before it would sell. Fortunately it sold immediately but the buyer wanted to purchase the home quickly. We had a time frame of four weeks to learn about Asheville (a potential destination which we heard about but never visited) as well as consider properties that fit our requirements and financial concerns. On the third day of extensive searching we found a condo that ticked all the buttons. It is not an overstatement to say we had a lot to do in a very short time. Matt guided us all the way from helping us filling out the necessary forms to providing lists of people who we needed to undertake our transaction to negotiating the purchase price on our behalf. Aileen and I can not thank Matt and Ginny enough for all their help.
