ZillowVERIFIEDMat was wonderful to work with. With this being our first home we had no idea what we were doing or what to expect. We thought at first we were rolling the dice going with someone that we linked up with via a listing on Zillow but we got incredibly lucky with Mat. He was extremely helpful, and courteous during the entire home buying experience, taking the time to explain things along the way and pointing out a bunch of stuff we didn't ever think about looking at. He was willing to drive all across the bay as my wife and I went back and forth about neighborhoods we wanted to live in. With this being our first home buying experience, we had plenty of question that I'm sure Mat has answered a million times before, and yet he always took the time to patiently explain anything we were unsure about, even multiple times, as I'm not the quickest at picking things up. Mat was always a quick phone call away whenever we needed something, heck, he even responded to an email while he was on vacation. One of my favorite traits of his was how he was always honest about things that he didn't know the answer to. Any time we asked a question that he had to look up or ask the selling agent he always got back to us with an answer quickly. If it was possible to give him more than 5 stars we absolutely would. Let Mat help find you the home of your dreams. When the time comes for us to upgrade, we will definitely be using him again.
