With over $75 million in sales over the past five years I am grateful to those who have come to me for my guidance and trust. A native of New Bedford and Dartmouth, I understand the area and all that it has to offer. Mathew Arruda was purely professional in all stages of the sale of our commercial building. Steve was a gem to work with. He made the whole process very simple. What I think I liked most is that when I said "No. Call us later - we are not ready" he actually followed up and did that. He was the most exacting with the photographer who took pictures and even though I had (what I thought was everything) moved he still moved things to make it look even better.
