Marzetta was very knowledgable on helping me staging my home to appeal to more buyers. Although I did not sell my house we did receive 1.5 offers (the .5 was ready to make an offer but realized my home face south not west). Marzetta has helped me in the past with selling another home in 2007 and found me my existing home as well. She negotiated an excellent price for it.
