What clients say about this agent....
Ms. SalvA! knows very well the market. Obtained for our properties (income properties) the best and qualified clients. Always available to answer my questions and keeping us abreast of our tenants. She looked up for the best options in the market (short or long term). Give us legal advise regarding how to protect our inversion and when, where and how invest in others properties. Experience, mastering of PR real estate market and having a lot of knowledge on the finance area makes her the best.
We connected with this agent, and her Team (Jose F. Morales, Anie Resto-Molina, and another) through a U.S. stateside referral from a REMAX agent. This team seemed responsive, as they corresponded with me for over 3 months. I sent over 2 dozen listings - - mostly homes from my Zillow searches, and narrowed down my pending investment goals. We are currently in the market looking at a single family home somewhere along the northern coast of PR. We selected our travel date, end of January, with over a month of notice. At this time, we were transferred to another agent, Angie, who corresponded with us less, and seldom sent us other listings. The week before, I began pressuring them, as we were nervous...no itinerary, no listings to visit, no real confirmation of how we would spend our short, initial 4 day visit to PR. We were haphazardly recommended to find lodging in Dorado (which, in the end, was a terrible place to be, considering the airport, and North-eastern part of the island). We booked our lodging and flew over. Upon landing, we reviewed an email that our agent, Angie, was sick, and yet another person was being referred. This person still had no idea what we were looking for, no schedule, and no listings for us to review. We were stuck, in PR for 4 days, with no appointments and no home to view!!! We stressfully looked for another agent. Upon review, it seemed that the only thing this team wanted was for us to sign a buyer-broker, without ever meeting any of them, or having any of them spend time listening, researching, and scheduling some homes for us to see!!! We also found out, out-of-country investors are being encouraged to buy and rehab in PR, with Opportunity Zone tax benefits. This was never shared!! We did ultimately find a an agent; who, while very busy, did find time and listings for us to see. We just wasted TOO much time traveling from Dorado, and not enough days planned to see enough homes. We will buy, just NOT with this team!!! I will not even buy one of their listings, as we refused to see one of theirs. I would NEVER recommend this team, especially for an international buyer, with limited time on the island. They ended up wasting my time and efforts for over 3 months, with very limited expertise or advice. It really seems like maybe they simply dislike working with cash, non-resident buyers!!

Excellent Legal and Real Estate Knowledge. Punctuality and dexterity were the norm. Assisted with lenders, property taxes and HOA. The office staff always helpful and available. Answered or returned calls promptly. Will consider again for real estate services. Nobody does it like RE/MAX.
