In particular, there was just one final, small suggestion she made for my offer that turned out to be absolutely crucial and was without a doubt the real reason my offer was accepted. I had been working with her on and off for over a year before I finally bought my house. In that time I had some crazy ideas that didn't pan out, and there were some houses that were technically out of my budget, but I wanted to try to bid on them anyway. And throughout all that MaryBeth was still polite and supportive, and she answered all the questions I had promptly and clearly. She didn't say, "building a house would be too much work, so you should think of something else", or, "there's no way they would accept that offer, so we shouldn't even try." But I was able to decide for myself that that wasn't actually the correct course of action for me. And even when I wanted to submit an unlikely low bid on a different house, she still worked really hard for me. She helped me get the offer all together and looking as best as we could, and then she did her best to convince the sellers' agent directly that my offer was still worth considering anyway. I will definitely return to her if I ever need to buy or sell in the future, and I will immediately recommend her to anyone else looking to buy or sell in the area. She will work her hardest to make your housing dream a reality, no matter what that dream is, how unlikely it is, or even whether you may change your mind on what that dream is at any point.
