After a thorough search to select a realtor for the estate sale of our Mom's 54-year old house, I selected Marybeth. It was absolutely the right choice. She knew the market extremely well, even understanding the impact of the recent fire that destroyed 1000 homes nearby. She laid out a process in advance and it went exactly as she described.She did a great job of creating excitement in the market before listing - including working her realtor network, setting the right price, and having us get a pre-listing inspection. All of this worked very well to create a lot of showings, secure multiple offers within 2-3 days. The sale price was 5.5% over asking.She showed persistence in bringing the ultimate buyer back after they rescinded their offer when they could not find a contractor to do renovations quickly.
