We have now had the pleasure of working with Mary Ann twice, buying a new home and selling our current home. She is absolutely FABULOUS! She listened to what our must haves were on buying a home and made sure to find us homes in our price range. We trust her opinion and instincts anytime we went to look at a home because she has so much experience. She never once pressured us to buy something we didn't absolutely love. In fact there were houses that she would say weren't worth buying and we needed to keep looking. It was important to her for us to have the best possible home. She was always on time for appointments and always responded to our calls and questions. I'm not sure she ever has an off day. Her team was also amazing. As soon as we found a house she was working on contracts and walking us through the best possible offer we could make in order to get the house. When it came to selling our current home she knew exactly how to get it ready for the market. We did one Open House, ended up with multiple offers and sold it after that first Open House. There's seriously no better realtor other than Mary Ann. Plus she's by far the most fun and down to Earth person we've ever met! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
