Met Mary Ann one Sunday last summer as she was the buying agent for my neighbor next door. As they say the rest was history My wife and I were looking to sell immediately and Mary Ann came back the same afternoon. We immediately knew she was the agent for us. She worked so hard for us. Above and beyond as we needed a new septic system and also had to get a variance do to a pond in back yard. She took care of everything for us. We are forever grateful for all she did.
